Douglas opened Total Tech in Covilhã in 2023. He carries out diagnosis and repairs in the shop’s own laboratory, working directly with customers.

Is the quotation free?+
Yes. Quotations are free and we only begin repairs once you have approved the work.
What if the repair is unsuccessful?+
We do not charge for an unsuccessful repair. For our standard postal service, the customer pays delivery costs in both directions.
How long will it take?+
Timescales depend on the fault and availability. We provide an estimate after assessing your device.
Can I send you my device?+
Yes. Please contact us first to agree on arrangements and receive packing instructions. Availability for the Azores and Madeira must be confirmed in advance.
Do you accept devices from other shops?+
Yes. We accept devices from other repair shops, particularly laptops and MacBooks. Get in touch and describe the fault.
