Total Tech opened in Covilhã in 2023. All diagnosis and repairs take place in the shop’s own laboratory.
From Brazil to Covilhã
Douglas began working in electronics in Brazil in 2006 and set up his own business in 2013. In 2018 he spent time in the United States, where he also ran a business. He moved to Portugal in 2023 and opened Total Tech in Covilhã.
Diagnosis before repair
We start by finding the cause of the fault. After assessing the device, we explain the options and provide a quotation. Work only begins once the customer has approved it.
We also accept devices from other repair shops, particularly laptops and MacBooks.
Technical training
Douglas undertook advanced iPhone repair training with Fer Zamble in Spain in February 2024, and MacBook repair training with Lucas Allan in October 2024.
