If you can no longer access your files, contact us before attempting further work. Recovery prospects depend on the device, storage medium and type of fault. An initial assessment helps us establish whether we can assist, without promising a successful outcome.
Diagnosis comes first
We provide a free quotation. Repair options are confirmed after assessment, and we only proceed with your approval. Timescales are agreed individually. There is no charge for an unsuccessful repair; delivery costs for our standard postal service are separate.
