If your console will not turn on, shuts down during use or behaves unexpectedly, contact us with its make, model and a description of the problem. We will confirm whether we can assess it and explain the next steps.
Diagnosis comes first
We provide a free quotation. Repair options are confirmed after assessment, and we only proceed with your approval. Timescales are agreed individually. There is no charge for an unsuccessful repair; delivery costs for our standard postal service are separate.
